Terms of Service

By using this website to book a service with Eleve Cleaning Co., you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from booking a service.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning service with us, you agree to grant our cleaners access to your property at the scheduled time and date. Our team will arrive within the time window provided to you upon confirmation.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer monetary refunds for services that have been completed, if you are not satisfied with the work, we will gladly provide a free re-clean of the specific areas that were missed. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of the initial cleaning.

Please note: Re-cleans must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of the original appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that your plans can change, but last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedule and our staff. Our cancellation fee structure is as follows:

  • 25% fee for cancellations made after 5:00 PM the day before your appointment.
  • 50% fee for cancellations made the morning of your scheduled cleaning.
  • 100% fee (full charge) if our cleaner arrives and is turned away at the door for any reason, including a last-minute refusal or inability to access the property.

4. Safety and Preparation

To ensure both safety and efficiency, please make sure the area to be serviced is accessible and ready for the cleaning team. If the service requires moving heavy furniture or reaching hard-to-access spots, please make those arrangements beforehand.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Our cleaners have the right to decline or stop service at any property where conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond the scope of a standard cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The presence of bodily fluids (human or animal).
  • Hoarding conditions.
  • Mold or biohazardous materials.
  • Aggressive or unsecured pets.
  • Any situation where the cleaner feels threatened, whether the threat is verbal, implied, or physical.

In such cases, Eleve Cleaning Co. will cancel the service immediately and may charge up to 100% of the scheduled fee.

Please note that quoted prices are based on standard conditions. If the actual work site is different from what was expected (e.g., additional work is required or the site is in a more difficult condition), your service provider will contact you to discuss potential price adjustments.

6. Access and Entry

You are responsible for ensuring the cleaner has access to your property at the scheduled time. This means providing keys, entry codes, or being present to let them in. If our team cannot gain access, a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.

7. Pets

We love pets, but for the safety of our team, all animals must be secured during your cleaning appointment. Eleve Cleaning Co. is not responsible for the behavior or escape of pets during our service.

8. Liability

Eleve Cleaning Co. carries general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or unsecured items. Please remove any fragile or irreplaceable valuables before your cleaning appointment.

9. Non-Solicitation of Service Providers

By booking a service, you agree not to directly hire any of our service providers or employees for similar services for one year following their engagement with you.

10. Governing Law

Any claims related to this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state or province where the services are provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

Eleve Cleaning Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website.


Final Notes: By using Eleve Cleaning Co. services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and any updates will be reflected on our website and/or provided to you at the time of booking.
